Hello and welcome to Fun & Play! My name is Vaishali, and I am honored to be the new owner and operator of this warm, nurturing, and enriching daycare that has been established since 2011. With a deep passion for early childhood education and years of international experience, I am committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and structured learning environment where your little ones can learn, grow, and thrive.
My Story & Passion for Early Childhood Education
My journey in early childhood education has taken me across the United States (New York, Connecticut) and Spain (Madrid), where I had the privilege of working with children from diverse backgrounds. From guiding early learners in structured play environments to supporting refugee and asylum-seeking children through play-based learning, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education in a child’s development.

As a mother myself, I experienced the benefits of Montessori-based learning when my daughter attended a Montessori school in New York. The hands-on, application-based approach significantly eased her transition to big school when we moved to Dubai. Seeing the positive impact of practical, experience-driven learning, I became a firm believer in structured play as the foundation of early education. This is why I have introduced Montessori-inspired methodologies at Fun & Play, ensuring that children not only have fun but also build essential skills that prepare them for their next educational journey.
